EXPERIMENTS 

 We experimented with over 30 different ingredients before identifying the best formula for our pasta. From ancient grains to bean flours and power foods, all of our ingredients are natural and highly nutritious.

 

  

RESEARCH

Pasta making is both an art and a science. We studied the most recent academic research about the mechanical and nutritional properties of our ingredients to make a healthy pasta that also has a great flavor profile, texture, firmness and elasticity.  But we also learned from the most celebrated chefs the secrets of a delicious pasta meal. 

 

 

 

CUSTOMER FOCUS

We constantly engage with our customers in many different ways. We host pasta tasting events on a weekly basis to collect inputs on pasta, sauces and even on packaging. We also interact with customers through focus groups and surveys.
